Clevis Height Setting Machine

Clevis Height Setting Machine is for assembly and Clevis height setting in servo assembly units used in brake system of Cars and commercial vehicles.

The machine is used to set the height of the Clevis with the given reference in component at an accuracy of ± 0.5 mm. The paint marker puts the dot on the servo assembly housing after Clevis height is set from the reference line.

The machine control and sequences are performed by a highly reliable industrial standard PLC system. The position feedback of all the operating elements is obtained through inductive type proximity sensor as well as optical sensors.
