Gasket Flaring Machine

The System is a semi-automatic assembly machine to flare the fire rings on gasket before subjecting to visual inspection. The equipment shall consist of fixture and flaring tool with changeovers to accommodate different components. The flaring tool is driven by pneumatic cylinder. A pneumatic foot pedal shall be provided to actuate the pneumatic cylinder and the component movement shall be manual. Error free assembly during production and are ensured by the help of timer. All the co-ordination movements are performed with the help of pneumatic actuators.

The machine base is a fabricated MS structure with suitable enclosures for housing the control and pneumatic panels. The system is controlled through basic electrical relay logic system.
