Heater Core Matrix Assembly Machine

Heater core assembly machine is dedicated for assembly in continuous process industries. The machine is used to assemble the tank, core matrix and tank, tube with baffle and final assembly within the tolerance of +/- 1.5mm.

The machine control and sequences are performed by a highly reliable industrial standard PLC system. The position feedback of all the operating elements is obtained through inductive type proximity sensor as well as optical sensors. The machine comprises of following subsystems like mechanical, electrical and pneumatics.
