Automatic Mn Phosphating Plant

The Automatic Mn Phosphating plant is designed for Mn Phosphate coating for the control valve. This machine has self-contained pneumatic, hydraulics and electrical control panels. Error free sequential operation is ensured with the help of positive feedback interlocks interfaced to the PLC control.

The mechanical subsystem consists of an Automatic transporter and Nine process tanks. The transporter is made out of MS Channels and contains two numbers of crane duty motors with electromagnetic brake.

The process tanks are made out of SS material with suitable insulation wherever applicable. All processing sensors are mounted on the top portion of Process tanks.

Hydraulic subsystem contains the thermic fluid, which is used as a good thermal conducting media. It maintains the process bath temperature at optimum level with the help of oil circulating pump.
