Stack Height and Parallelism Check Equipment

The Stack Height and Parallelism Check Equipment is a highly accurate measurement machine designed for measuring the parallelity between the Actuator plates of both Push and Pull type actuating unit assemblies respectively. Error free sequential operation is ensured with the help of positive feedback interlocks interfaced to the DAQ Module.

Quick changeover types of assemblies are provided for actuating the Push / Pull type-actuating units.

The control system is based on industrial standard and highly reliable DAQ modules. It takes care of sequencing of all the operating elements in correlation with the feedback from various status sensor inputs. The basic electrical control & safety circuits suitably support the control subsystem.
