Tube Swaging Machine

The Tube Swaging Machine is a semi-automatic machine designed for swaging tubes used in the manufacture of seating systems in the commercial vehicles. This machine is compact with self-contained control panels. Error free sequential operation is ensured with the help of positive feedback interlocks interfaced to the PLC. All the co-ordination movements are performed with the help of hydraulic operated actuators. This machine ensures that the dimension is within ±0.1mm tolerance after swaging operation.

The control system is based on industrial standard and highly reliable programmable logic controller (PLC). It controls the operating sequence of the various elements using the feedback signals from various status sensors. The electrical and the safety circuits are suitably designed to meet the functional requirement.
